Last night at 11:26pm a meteor touched down about 30 miles
south of Montreal. George was visiting Flint from the UK when it happened
and he said When it hit, it made the whole Earth tremble. I fell right
down and nearly hit my head.
George is now on his way back to the UK.
Government officials will be sent in to access the damages once it is safe to do so.
The meteor has caused a huge amount of dust and debris to be sent up into the air. Montreal has been devastated and nobody knows how many have survived. The entirety of Michigan has said goodbye to the sun. We have reached out to the Governor to get his reaction to all this. There was no response.
